Frequently Asked Questions

Below you will find some of the most common questions in the industry. Should you not find your question below, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Please note that we are only able to disclose information to people who are listed on the vehicle loan and we cannot make any exceptions.

Debtor/Buyer Questions

Are you like the repossession companies seen on TV?

Not even close. No lending institution would ever allow their debtors to be filmed on TV. With that said, those shows are 110% fake. We are a professional organization that has been in business for over 55 years and we would like to keep it that way. Professional.

My car was repo’d, how do I get it back?

You would need to first contact your lender and meet their requirements before you can receive you car back. We will not release a vehicle to anyone without having received a release request to the buyer or approved person appearing on the paperwork. Your relatives and/or friends are not allowed to pick up the vehicle unless they are specifically mentioned on your lenders release.

How do I get the stuff that was inside my car?

Please contact us and we will arrange a time for you to retrieve your personal items. As with a vehicle redemption, we can only release the items to the registered owner of the vehicle. If you are requesting someone else to retrieve your personal items, you would have to call to receive further instructions on what that person will need to bring with them in order to retrieve your items for you.

How many days do I have to get my vehicle back?

Please contact your financial institution.

I want to surrender my car what should I do?

Please contact your lender and advise them that you wish to do a Voluntary Surrender.

I know where someones car is at that is out for repo, what should I do?
